Where to Eat

Thuringowa offers a range of cuisine options for all tastes, from cafes and take-aways to taverns, quality restaurants and delicatessens. The majority of restaurants can be found in the Thuringowa City Centre area. This precinct is made up of the Cannon Park, Riverway and Willows Shoppingtown commercial areas, at the intersection of Ross River Road, Riverway Drive, Thuringowa Drive and Hervey Range Road. In addition, there are other restaurants and cafes along Thuringowa Drive, and in the Kirwan Traders precinct, bound by Tavern, Toohey and Burnda Streets (off Thuringowa Drive). Restaurants, cafes and take-aways can also be found in shopping centre eateries/food courts.

Bushland Beach, Saunders Beach, Balgal Beach, Paluma Village and other suburbs also offer a variety of eating places for locals and visitors alike, complementing the diverse nature of the city\\\\\\'s natural and urban environments.
